Welcome to Creek Bite Live ("Creek Bite," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Creek Bite application at creekbite.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Creek Bite Live is a fishing conditions and trip planning application that provides real-time creek conditions, bite score predictions, waterway access information, catch logging, and related features for wade and kayak anglers.
You must create a free account to use certain features including catch logging and trip saving. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
You agree not to use Creek Bite to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post false, misleading, or harmful content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the application; (d) interfere with the proper operation of the service.
Creek Bite provides informational data only. All fishing, wading, and kayaking decisions are solely your responsibility. Conditions data including CFS, water temperature, and bite scores are estimates based on available data sources and may be inaccurate. Never rely solely on Creek Bite data when making safety decisions. Always use your own judgment, check official sources, and respect all local regulations and property rights.
Users selected for the Creek Bite Field Tester program may earn a grandfathered free account by submitting qualifying contributions (access point photos, catch logs, or access confirmations) as determined by Creek Bite. Creek Bite reserves the right to modify or discontinue the field tester program at any time.
Creek Bite™ and the Creek Bite logo are trademarks of Creek Bite. The application design, bite scoring algorithms, and interface are original works protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
By submitting content (catch logs, access photos, trip data) to Creek Bite, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content.
Creek Bite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data. We are not responsible for any harm arising from your use of the application or reliance on its data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creek Bite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Creek Bite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
